With the construction of the Durchmesserlinie in Zurich station and the Tiefenbahnhof located under the existing platforms, an important railway section was put into operation in 2015. The new platforms do not lie directly in the vertical projection of the old tracks. The task was cleverly solved with inclined lifts from EMCH.
